U6 League Description - 3 vs 3

Fall Season: SATURDAYS from 9:00 to 10:30 AM OR 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM behind Rockburn Elementary School.
Spring Season: SUNDAYS from 12:30 to 2:00 PM OR 2:30 to 4:00 PM behind Rockburn Elementary School.

Description

This is a co-ed recreational soccer league with an emphasis on skill development, exercise and fun! The players will be introduced to ball control and kicking through age appropriate games.  Participation awards will be distributed at the end of the season.
The clinic meets once a week with a typical session consisting of 50 minutes of skill development games followed by a 30 minute scrimmage.  For the scrimmage, each team will be divided into two teams, and they will play two simultaneous games of 3 vs 3 against an opposing team.   Click here for additional information.

Eligibility

Players with 2018 or 2019 birth years.

What to Bring

Jerseys and socks are provided to players and will be distributed at the beginning of the first session. All players must wear shinguards and bring a drink to each session. Soccer cleats and a size 3 soccer ball are recommended. Baseball and football shoes have a front cleat which is dangerous and are not acceptable unless this cleat is cut off.

No jewelry allowed. Pierced earrings will not be permitted to be taped over. Sports goggles or eyeglass straps are highly recommended for safety reasons. Contact the league coordinator, whose email address is at the bottom of this page, for additional information. Click the schedule tab for more detailed game information as the season approaches. A maximum of two rained out games may be added to the end of the season if needed.
